I have been retired for many years in Portland, Oregon, actually since 1990. I am approaching 80 (78 1/2). My wife, Jacqueline and I have working out for many years at the WAC (Willamette Athletic Club) for 6 days every week. 3 days a week we have a spinning class at 5:30 am and 3 days we have a yoga class at 6 am. In addition we lift weights and swim.
I also belong to another gym called Loprinzis, where I lift weights about 3-4 more days a week.
